400 North REALTORS® extends its congratulations to Adam Rodes on his victory in the Republican primary election for the Forsyth County Commission District 1 seat.
As a member of the association, Adam has always been open to discussing issues important to the real estate industry and the future of Forsyth County. His commitment to responsible growth, infrastructure planning, and protecting property rights aligns with many of the priorities that are important to REALTORS® and the communities they serve.
With the Republican primary now complete, Mr. Rodes will advance to the general election, where he will face Democratic nominee Vincent Wright.
As Forsyth County continues to experience rapid growth, county leadership is even more important as elected officials address challenges related to housing, transportation, infrastructure, land use, and economic development. The outcome of this race will help shape policies that impact residents, businesses, and the local real estate market for years to come.
