- Total single family home sales: 280 (34% decrease)
- Median sales price: $590,000 (1.7% increase)
- Average sales price: $642,900 (4.8% increase)
- Total active listings: 372 (11% increase)
- New listings: 364 (29.1% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 1.1 (42.8% increase)
Dawson County | April 2023
- Total single family home sales: 49 (5.7% decrease)
- Median sales price: $445,000 (11% increase)
- Average sales price: $547,300 (6% increase)
- Total active listings: 103 (22.5% increase)
- New listings: 55 (22.5% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 2.1 (55% increase)
Lumpkin County | April 2023
- Total single family home sales: 31 (28% decrease)
- Median sales price: $330,200 (4.8% increase)
- Average sales price: $348,900 (1.3% decrease)
- Total active listings: 80 (11.1% increase)
- New listings: 51 (20.3% decrease)
- Month’s Supply: 21.1 (21% increase)
