The median sales price rose to $475,000—up 23.4% year-over-year and 13.1% from March. The average sales price increased 15.5% year-over-year to $517,500. Active listings grew 50.3% to 272, and new listings rose 5.2% to 102. Months’ supply climbed to 5.9, a 56.5% increase from last year, showing continued growth in inventory.
