April 2026 Market Snapshot

📍 Forsyth County: Sales increased year-over-year and month-over-month, while home prices softened compared to last year. Inventory continued to grow, giving buyers more options, though homes are still taking longer to sell than a year ago.

📍 Dawson County: Sales remained strong compared to last year, while median prices declined. Inventory expanded from March levels, and market activity continued at a slower pace than last year.

📍 Lumpkin County: Sales were steady year-over-year but dipped from March. Home prices continued to rise, inventory grew significantly, and homes spent slightly more time on the market compared to last year.
