In July 2025, Paulding County reported 213 single-family home sales, down from both last year and the previous month. The median sales price was $364,000, lower than last year but higher than June. The average price was $379,500, down compared to last year and slightly below the prior month. Active listings rose to 923, while new listings increased to 458—up year-over-year and month-over-month. The months’ supply of inventory edged up to 4.4, continuing the trend of a growing market.
