In June 2025, Pickens County recorded 50 single-family home sales, a slight drop from last year and a sharper decline from the previous month. The median sales price was $364,000, down both year-over-year and month-over-month. The average sales price was $451,000, lower than last year but slightly higher than the month before. Active listings rose to 271 compared to last year and the previous month, while new listings increased to 89. The months’ supply of inventory also grew to 5.7, indicating more homes available on the market.
