In June 2025, Paulding County reported 230 single-family home sales, down from both last year and the previous month. The median sales price was $350,000, showing a decline year-over-year and month-over-month. The average price was $382,500, also down from last year and the month before. Active listings increased to 910, while new listings totaled 413—up from last year but slightly lower than the previous month. The months’ supply of inventory rose to 4.3, reflecting a growing market.
