The May 2025 housing market across Rabun, White, and Habersham counties saw mixed results compared to the previous year. Sales volume totaled $48,819,700, down 17.8% from May 2024. A total of 109 units were sold, a 19.9% drop year-over-year. The median sales price was $350,000, showing a slight increase of 0.3%. New listings rose 20.3% to 308, and active listings climbed 39.9% to 747. Compared to April, sales volume fell 10.8%, and units sold decreased 10.7%, while the median price rose 2.9%.
