In May 2025, Paulding County saw 247 homes sold—a 17.7% drop from last year and a slight dip from April. The median sales price rose to $370,000, up 0.5% year-over-year, while the average price increased to $404,000. Active listings climbed to 901, a 28.9% increase from last year. New listings rose to 432, up 1.6% annually and 5.6% month-over-month. Inventory grew to 4.2 months, continuing the trend toward a more balanced market.
