December Market Brief: Paulding Board of REALTORS®

Paulding County recorded 221 single-family home sales in December, down just 0.5% from last year but up a strong 31.5% from November. The median sales price climbed to $360,000, reflecting a 2.4% year-over-year increase and a 3.0% month-over-month gain. The average sales price reached $391,000, up 1.0% from last year and 4.8% from the previous month. Inventory tightened from November but remained slightly higher than last year, with 713 active listings and 239 new listings added. With a 3.3 months’ supply, the market remained more seller-friendly as 2025 came to a close.
