Eligibility & How to Apply:

Membership is open to individuals and teams with at least $3 million in real estate transactions during the qualifying year.

• Application Deadline: Wednesday, January 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
• Cost: There is no fee to apply.
• Applications Available Online:  Individual | Teams

Important Notes for Applicants:

• Teams must be registered in Paragon (MLS System); all others qualify as individuals.
• Only Paragon transactions are eligible. Applicants must submit a printed Agent Ranking Report to verify transaction volume.
• Teams must include reports for all team members if transactions span multiple MLS IDs.
